BARREL PICK 1

Our founders pick was meant to be one Elijah Craig Barrel Proof barrel but we worked some magic and in addition to a banger barrel, that an unnamed distillery fought over, we talked Heaven Hill into also selling us a 10 year short barrel that was aged on their highest floor!

“Founders Pick” is a 9 year, possibly 10 years by the time we get it, 118.6 proof crushable ECBP from Warehouse H Floor 3! In the chilly rickhouse this tasted like a fruit bomb. In warmer temps the honey notes shine with hints of nuttiness and heaven hill sweet oak we’ve all grown to love. It has a mouth feel and finish that will blow you away. It’s absolutely divine!

”The Short Barrel” is a 10 year, possibly 11 years by the time we get it, 133.5 proof monster that was aged on the highest floor of Warehouse V! This barrel is for the serious bourbon drinker who loves oak presence, condensed Heaven Hill bourbon flavors and heat that will toss you around the room a bit!

*These two barrels were selected on March 10th 2023 and Heaven Hill’s expected delivery date is 15 weeks out from selection, but they have been running behind schedule. We expect these bottles to reach members hands somewhere from July - September but we have no control over how quickly we get delivery.
