Join us for our first annual Barrels for Hope event! This is a time for us to come together, share good pours, have a great time, and present our checks to charity! Joining us at our 2024 event is special guests Fred Minnick, Jason C with The Mash and Drum, Bernie Lubers from Heaven Hill, Representatives from distilleries we’ve done picks with, and representatives from charity organizations we’ll be presenting checks to.

Where - Louisville, KY Hyatt Regency Hotel

Tickets price is $400/person. Each member is allowed 1 guest at a ticket price of $400. As of April 4th, only about 6 tickets left.

Included with your ticket:

• Friday evening reception in the Spire of the Hyatt.  Drinks and light bites will be served.  Casual attire. This reception will begin at 7 pm.

• Saturday excursion to Starlight.  Bus transportation (and sips) will be provided.  At Starlight, we will have lunch, do a barrel pick, enjoy the grounds with tractor trailer tours, pick some fruit, and checkout their ice cream shop and farm market.  This barrel pick will not be one of the 6 for next year, and all members will have the opportunity to purchase a bottle.  Casual attire. Time to be announced.

• Saturday evening will be the big event in the Hyatt ballroom!  We will have dinner, drinks and present funds to the charities.  We will witness the purpose of this organization and the outcomes achieved because of it's awesome members!  Jason C with the Mash and Drum will be the MC and Special Guest Fred Minnick will be in attendance - more to come.  Dressy causal/semi-formal attire.

• After the Friday night reception and Saturday night dinner, there will be bottle shares in three different suites.  This is the time where we can all get to know each other, and you may just end up with a new best friend!

• The silent auction will be up on Friday and Saturday.  The auction platform and starting/closing time are being determined.  Auction winners will need to take their bottle(s) with them on Sunday.

• Pursuit United Excursion ($50 - SOLD OUT)
  Friday July 12th - 4 pm

  Dive deep into the art of blending during this 45-minute tasting journey and be one of the few to taste the individual components of Pursuit United bourbon at cask strength. Learn how we discovered each distilling partner and take in the unique flavor profiles of the different mashbills.  Realize the sum is greater than the parts when you sample the award-winning Pursuit United bourbon. You'll be able to pull out the characteristics and complexities that each component contributes.  Next, see how the whiskey evolves with Pursuit United Toasted Bourbon from our Oak Collection. Learn about the toasting process and how two different types of toasted oak transform the bourbon into a sensation for the senses.  Excursion includes transportation between the Hyatt and Pursuit United.

• Cocktail Class ($40 - SOLD OUT)
  Friday July 12th - 4 pm

  Join Heather Wibbels, the Cocktail Contessa, in a class that makes cocktails yummy and easy.  The hour will start with a welcome cocktail and some small bites.  We'll move into creating two classic cocktails.... an old fashioned and a manhattan.  As an added bonus, you'll get an official Barrels for Hope rocks glass to take home.  YES... you heard that right, you get 3 cocktails, some food, and a Barrels for Hope rocks glass, on top of time with the amazing Cocktail Contessa.
