Our Story
The idea of Barrels for Hope began in March of 2022 when Lance’s wife was diagnosed with cancer and the Whiskey Tube community raised over $12K for his family. Lance vowed to one day pay it forward. Nine months later, Lance had a sliver of an idea on how to deliver on that promise. After reaching out to some of his Whiskey Tube buddies, and through many of their great ideas, Barrels for Hope was born! What could be better than a barrel pick club where every member gets a bottle of every pick and all proceeds are donated to charities that have touched our hearts!
Thanks to the generosity of A1 Liquors in Effingham, IL Barrels for Hope will obtain 6 barrel picks per year and estimates are that we will raise a minimum of $40K for charity in our first year alone.
