This 7 year toasted Kentucky bourbon at 119 proof is heavenly!
The nose immediately lets you know you’re about to sip on something special! It’s rich caramel, brown sugar, nutmeg and marshmallow. As you get deeper into the glass a beautiful mesquite note starts playing.
The nose transfers to the palate beautifully and you’re immediately met with the richness you were expecting from the nose. First sips are all about the sugared sweetness, but the real magic happens once you start picking up those beautifully unique mesquite notes. The mouthfeel is creamy, viscous, and really sticks to your jaws with a beautiful finish that goes for days.
